At Still Strength, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and clarity for everyone, we offer the following refund guidelines:
✔ Full Refund — 48+ Hours Notice
If you need to cancel your booking and provide at least 48 hours’ notice, you will receive a full refund, including any deposit paid.
✖ Cancellations Within 48 Hours
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session or course start time are not eligible for a refund, and the deposit will be retained to cover preparation and reserved time.
📌 Deposits
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable when cancellations are made with 48 hours or more notice.

Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, the process is simple:
- Submit Your Cancellation Request
Email or message Still Strength with your booking details and the reason for cancellation. - Refund Approval
Our team will review your request to confirm it meets the 48-hour notice requirement. - Refund Issued
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (via Stripe). - Timeframe
Refunds are typically completed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
