I honestly can’t recommend Cookies & Cache enough! From the very start they were so easy to work with, nothing was ever too much trouble, and they just “got it.” As a busy mum running a business, I really appreciated how accommodating and understanding they were, making the whole process stress-free and even fun.

I’ll be the first to admit I was probably their hardest client haha! and I definitely didn’t always have all the answers, but they never once made me feel pressured or silly. They just guided me through it with so much patience and reassurance.

What stood out most was how personal everything felt. It never came across as a cookie-cutter service (pun intended), they really tailored everything to suit me and my brand. How do I get started with a Still Strength life coach?

Simply email us with an expression of interest or fill in our contact form above. We will organise a time for a call with you to discuss your situation and guide you through the whole registration process.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely online using a debit/credit card. Please contact us if you wish to organise a bank transfer.

Do you have payments plans?

We do offer payment plans through Stripe. Please email us so that we can arrange this for you.

Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?

We offer free cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the commencement of your course.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds if cancellations are made within 48 hours.

Do you work with people outside of Brisbane West?

Yes. Because sessions are online, we support clients all across Australia and internationally. Local clients can request occasional in-person sessions.

Can I call my life coach if I’m in crisis?

Our coaching supports personal growth and anxiety awareness, but we are not equipped for crisis intervention or complex mental-health needs. If you’re in acute distress, please contact Lifeline (13 11 14) or visit Beyond Blue. In an emergency, dial 000.
